Russian high-tech engineering company CompMechLab and KISSsoft AG signed an agreement about KISSsoft/KISSsys software distribution

Swiss company KISSsoft AG develops software solutions for engineers who work in various branches of industry. “These are our first steps in Russian market, but we can see the huge potential and positive development trends of Russian industry. For more convenient work with KISSsoft/KISSsys we have already started the software translation into Russian and adaptation to Russian standards. ANSYS 2009 Multiphysics Image Gallery Competition Results

ANSYS, Inc - a global innovator of simulation software and technologies designed to optimize product development processes announced the winners of 2009 Multiphysics Image Gallery Competition.

For the first time in the 8-year history of ANSYS Image Contests two companies from Russia are in the list of winners - EMT R  (Moscow) and CompMechLab  (St.Petersburg) with projects Aeroelastic simulation of air engine fan (EMT P) and FE analysis of human brain for solving the forward problem in Magnetic Field Tomography (MFT) (CompMechLab and City University London) became winners of the Competition.

For CompMechLab it is the fourth victory in ANSYS Image contests (2003, 2004, 2008 and 2009). This is a unique achievement among 79 winning companies in 2002-2009.
